本站現有志工37人、通譯人員包括越南、印尼、泰國及緬甸等國籍之新住民共15人，志工及通譯人員合計52人，共同服務至本站洽公之民眾。

本站志工及通譯，每日分上午8:30-11:30、09:00-12:00、09:30-12:30、
下午01:00-04:00、01：30-04：30、02：00-05：00等時段服勤，服務人力包括志工5人及通譯1人，輪流於1樓及地下1樓（B1）以走動式為民眾服務。

為增加志工及通譯人員專業知識，提昇本站服務品質，每年均辦理教育訓練，藉以增進志工及通譯人員彼此間交流及互動，俾利提升服務知能。

We have 37 volunteers and 15 interpreters who are new immigrants from Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, and the like, to serve citizens at the center. There are 5 volunteers and 1 interpreters every working day taking turns offering service by walking around on F1 and B1. The service periods are 8:30 - 11:30 am, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, 9:30 am - 12:30 pm, 1:00 – 4:00 pm, 1:30 – 4:30 pm, and 2:00 – 5:00 pm.

To enhance volunteers’ and interpreters’ professional knowledge and the center’s quality of service, there are in-service training and courses every year  for improving volunteers’ and interpreters’ interactions and communications and further perfecting the service
