個人簡介
內政部入出國及移民署96年1月2日成立時，擔任首任國境事務大隊大隊長，人稱Peter Hu，在國境事務大隊大隊長任內，建立各項勤、業務制度，為國境事務大隊各項制度奠定基礎，亦有「國境之父」之稱號，97年12月23日陞任內政部入出國及移民署主任秘書，於104年間退休，並轉任國營事業總經理兼董事長。
Biography
At the establishment of the National Immigration Agency on January 2, 2007, Peter Hu was appointed as the first Chief Commander of the Border Affairs Corps. During his tenure, he established comprehensive operational and administrative frameworks, laying a solid foundation for the Corps’ development. He is widely regarded as the “Father of Border Control” for his contributions. He was subsequently promoted to Chief Secretary of the National Immigration Agency on December 23, 2008. He retired in 2015 and later served as Chairman and General Manager of a state-owned enterprise.
