個人簡介
國境事務大隊第三任大隊長，任內推動桃園機場第一航廈移民署入境辦公廳舍改善工程，104年推動建置外來人口個人生物特徵識別系統（BVS），於104年10月16日陞任內政部移民署主任秘書，並於110年1月16日榮陞內政部移民署副署長。
Biography
As the third Chief Commander of the Border Affairs Corps, Lin Hsing-chun oversaw the renovation of the National Immigration Agency’s arrival inspection facilities at Terminal 1 of Taoyuan International Airport. In 2015, he also led the implementation of the Biometric Verification System (BVS) for foreign persons. He was subsequently promoted to Chief Secretary of the National Immigration Agency on October 16, 2015, and later to Deputy Director-General on January 16, 2021.
