個人簡介
國境事務大隊第五任大隊長，任內爭取行政院核增員額，有效提升查驗效能。完成新世代自動查驗通關系統全面更新建置，優化國際郵輪查驗流程，推動全面實施網路填寫入國登記表及第三航廈專案計畫，帶領國境事務大隊榮獲第8屆政府服務獎肯定，於114年6月9日陞任移民署主任秘書職務。
Biography
As the fifth Chief Commander of the Border Affairs Corps, he secured additional staffing allocations approved by the Executive Yuan, effectively enhancing immigration inspection efficiency. During his tenure, he completed the full-scale deployment of the new-generation Automated Immigration Clearance System (e-Gate), optimized immigration inspection procedures for international cruise passengers, and advanced both the full implementation of the online Taiwan Arrival Card (TWAC) and the Terminal 3 development project. He led the Border Affairs Corps to receive recognition at the 8th Government Service Award and was subsequently promoted to Chief Secretary of the National Immigration Agency on June 9, 2025.
